Delete your account
Two ways to remove your Loqui account and the data attached to it.

Loqui is built by Loqui Inc. You can delete your Loqui account and the data associated with it at any time. The fastest path is from inside the app. The email path is here for anyone who has lost access or removed the app.
In the app
Open Loqui, then tap Settings → Delete my account. The action takes effect immediately. No follow-up email is required.
By email
Send a request to privacy@useloqui.com from the email address on your Loqui account. Use the subject line Delete my account. We respond within 30 days, and most requests are handled within a few business days.
If you no longer have access to the email on your account, send the request from any address and include the Apple ID or Google subscription email you used so we can verify the match.
What gets deleted
- Your account and email address.
- Your subscription records.
- Your usage history and minute counts.
- Any transcripts stored on your device.
What you must delete yourself
- Transcripts already synced to your Google Drive or iCloud. These live in your own cloud account, and Loqui cannot reach in to remove them. Delete the files in Drive or iCloud directly.
What we retain
- Anonymized audit logs, with no personal identifiers, retained for 7 years as required for compliance.
Response time
We commit to a 30-day response SLA on all account deletion requests sent to privacy@useloqui.com. The in-app deletion path takes effect immediately and does not depend on this SLA.
